Rose Ayling-Ellis has reflected on "ups and downs" as she signs off from 2023 with an emotional post. BBC EastEnders star Rose won Strictly Come Dancing two years ago, and has seen her career go from strength to strength.
Rose typed: "2023: A year of planning, creativity, reconnecting and finding the balance in between it all. Remember that what we see on social media is often just the highlight reel - we all have our ups and downs, and it’s okay to keep some things private. But know that you are not alone in your journey.
"I am looking forward to 2024 with excitement and optimism!"
