"Why Is Kelly Clarkson's Grammy Appearance with Son Remy Turning Heads Post-Divorce?"

Kelly Clarkson might’ve had the cutest date at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

The singer brought her 7-year-old son, Remington “Remy” Alexander, to music’s biggest night, which was held Sunday at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena.

Clarkson and her youngest child walked the red carpet together ahead of the event, smiling and holding hands as they posed for photographers.

The “American Idol” Season 1 winner — who was nominated for best pop vocal album for “Chemistry” — stunned in a white mermaid-style gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline.

She accessorized with a matching clutch and more than $200,000 worth of Jared Atelier diamonds, finishing off her look with Old Hollywood-inspired hair and makeup.

Remy, for his part, looked handsome in a burgundy velvet suit, which he paired with a white dress shirt, a colorful boutonnière that appeared to be made of Legos and spiked Timberland-style boots.

Clarkson, 41, shares Remy and daughter River Rose, 9, with her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. Their divorce was finalized in March 2022.

As part of their settlement, the “Kelly Clarkson Show” host was granted primary custody of the two kids and got to keep the former couple’s Montana ranch.

Blackstock, 47, suffered yet another blow in November 2023 when he was ordered to return millions of dollars in overcharged commission to his ex-wife, whom he managed while they were married.

After the split, Clarkson and her brood moved from LA to Manhattan, which she has said greatly improved both her mental and physical health.

In fact, the songstress recently shared that living in the Big Apple has helped her stay more active, as “walking in the city is quite the workout.”
