"Sophie Turner's Joyful Holiday Gathering: Kids and Resilience After Divorce from Joe Jonas"

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' two daughters will celebrate Christmas and the New Year holiday in the U.K. with their mom.

Holiday plans for the couple's young daughters — Willa and Delphine — have been set amid the couple's ongoing divorce, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Per the legal papers, Jonas, 34, brought the children overseas to Turner, 27, earlier this month on Dec. 17. They will remain with the Game of Thrones alum through Jan. 7, when they will then have to return to New York City, the court documents state.

After four years of marriage, Jonas filed for divorce from Turner in September 2023. The filing claimed that "the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken."The musician and the actress — who have a prenup in place, per their filing — tied the knot in 2019 after nearly three years of dating.

Also in September, Turner sued Jonas and requested her children be returned to England. In the lawsuit, she called for "the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained."A month later, Jonas and Turner determined a temporary custody agreement, which will allow their daughters to split equal time between England and the United States.

Jonas and Turner welcomed their first daughter, Willa, in 2020, followed by her little sister, Delphine, in 2022.The parents have never shared photos of their daughters on social media, and they are careful to keep their girls out of the public eye altogether.

Earlier this year, when the Jonas Brothers were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Jonas gave his daughters a shout-out during his acceptance speech, despite Willa and Delphine not being present.
